marios & yana

A Seaside Love Story

There are couples who just fit. You watch them together and it all makes sense. Marios and Yana are one of those couples. They met through dance, two people who felt the same rhythm before they even exchanged words. That night at 7 Seas, their first dance was playful, a little flirty, maybe even accidental. But it was enough to start something that turned into everything.

Their wedding at Poseidonia Beach Hotel was exactly what you’d expect from two souls who live through movement and laughter. The sea is just a few steps away, music floating through the gardens, sunlight falling on the faces of friends and family. The place felt alive, like it had been waiting for them.

Yana got ready surrounded by calm energy, the kind that says, “This is my moment, and I’m ready”. Marios, a few doors away, wore that quiet confidence only a man truly in love can pull off. By the time the ceremony began, the air already carried their energy — fun, fearless, full of life.

After the ceremony, while everyone celebrated, they slipped away to a stone path by the water, next to a small old house that looked like it had stories of its own. The waves brushed against the rocks as they stood together, reading their vows in private. It was raw, beautiful, and completely them. I filmed from a distance, letting the moment breathe. You could feel how much they meant every single word. That little corner of the sea became theirs.

A few days later, we met again at the white stones of Agios Georgios. The cliffs, the salt air, the sound of the sea crashing below — it was the perfect setting for their couple shoot. No guests, no schedule, just Marios and Yana dancing and laughing together. The way they move, even off the dance floor, feels like choreography written by love itself. Every smile, every look, a quiet rhythm only they know.

Back at Poseidonia, the night turned into celebration. Their first dance was a story in itself — elegant, passionate, full of the Latin spark that brought them together. And then came the party. The kind of party you don’t want to end. Friends filling the dance floor, the music spilling into the night, everyone caught in the same joy. It wasn’t about posing for the camera or doing things by the book. It was about feeling alive, together.

Filming Marios and Yana felt like filming two people who don’t just love each other, but understand the rhythm of life in the same way. Their wedding was never about the show. It was about connection. About finding joy in movement, in laughter, in those small glances that say everything without a single word.

Poseidonia Beach Hotel will always remind me of that day — the breeze, the dancing, the sound of the waves keeping time for a love that moves exactly to its own beat.
